甘蔗叶是禾本科甘蔗属植物甘蔗 Saccharum sinensis Roxb. 和 S.officinarum Linn. 的叶,是瑶族地区具有悠 久历史的民间药物。其化学成分主要包括黄酮类、有机酸类、木脂素类、萜类、糖类等,具有抗炎、抗氧化、 抑菌、抗肿瘤、降血糖、抗心肌梗死等多种药理作用。本研究基于甘蔗叶化学成分和药理作用的研究进展,从 质量传递与溯源、不同产地和采收时期、中药药性和中药药效、复方配伍环境、化学成分可测性等方面对甘蔗 叶质量标志物(Q-Marker)进行预测分析,初步预测出黄酮类(异荭草素、苜蓿素、芹菜素等)、有机酸类(没食 子酸、香草酸、咖啡酸等)、多糖类、β-谷甾醇、β-香树素、酞酸二甲酯、亚油酸甲酯等可作为甘蔗叶的主要 Q-Marker,可为完善甘蔗叶质量评价体系提供参考依据。

Sugarcane leaves,derived from plants of the Saccharum sinensis Roxb. and S. officinarum Linn.,contain chemical constituents that primarily include flavonoids,organic acids,lignans,terpenoids,and carbohydrates. These constituents exhibit various pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, antitumor, hypoglycemic, and anti-myocardial infarction effects. Based on the research progress regarding the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of sugarcane leaves, this study conducted a predictive analysis of potential quality markers (Q-Markers) for sugarcane leaves from multiple perspectives,including quality transmission and traceability,different geographical origins and harvesting periods,properties of Chinese medicine,pharmacological efficacy, compatibility environment in compound formulations, and measurability of chemical constituents. The preliminary analysis suggests that flavonoids (such as isoorientin, tricin, and apigenin), organic acids (including gallic acid,vanillic acid,and caffeic acid),polysaccharides,β -sitosterol,β -amyrin,dimethyl phthalate,and methyl linoleate could serve as the primary Q-Markers for sugarcane leaves. This provides a reference basis for improving the quality evaluation system of sugarcane leaves.
