地锦草为大戟科大戟属植物地锦 Euphorbia humifusa Willd. 的干燥全草,是蒙医常用药材之一。地锦草 含有黄酮类、酚酸类及萜类成分等多种化学成分,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、止血及保肝等 多种生物活性,有较高的药用开发价值。本研究在对地锦草的化学成分、药理作用及在蒙医复方制剂中的应用 进行系统整理和分析的基础上,结合质量标志物(Q-Marker)理念,从植物亲缘学和化学成分特有性、可测性、 药性、炮制方法以及复方配伍规律等方面预测分析了地锦草的潜在 Q-Marker。本研究初步提出槲皮素、木犀 草素、没食子酸、鞣花酸等黄酮及酚酸类成分可作为地锦草的 Q-Marker,为地锦草质量评价体系的建立及其 进一步开发利用奠定了研究基础。

Euphorbiae Humifusae Herba,the dried whole herb of Euphorbia humifusa Willd.(Family Euphorbiaceae), is one of the commonly used medicinal materials in Mongolian medicine. It contains a variety of chemical constituents, including flavonoids,phenolic acids,and terpenoids,and exhibits diverse biological activities such as antibacterial, anti-inflammatory,antiviral,antioxidant,antitumor,hemostatic,and hepatoprotective effects,demonstrating high medicinal development value. Based on a systematic collation and analysis of the chemical constituents, pharmacological effects, and applications of Euphorbiae Humifusae Herba in Mongolian medicinal compound preparations, this study further incorporates the concept of quality markers (Q-Markers). Potential Q-Markers for Euphorbiae Humifusae Herba were predicted and analyzed from the perspectives of plant phylogeny, chemical constituent specificity and detectability, medicinal properties and efficacy, processing methods, and compound prescription compatibility patterns. This study preliminarily proposes that flavonoids and phenolic acids, including quercetin, luteolin, gallic acid, and ellagic acid, could serve as Q-Markers for Euphorbiae Humifusae Herba, providing a research foundation for establishing a quality evaluation system and facilitating further development and utilization of this medicinal material.
