岭南医学是基于岭南独特地理气候环境及人群体质形成的中医重要地域流派。本文系统梳理其“融汇创 新、重验务实”的学术思想，深入剖析以“湿热”为核心的病理基础，并系统阐述了岭南中药“食药两用、温 和清解、芳香辟秽、草根藤木、蒸制调和”五大特点。提炼出岭南临床用药以“清热祛湿、运脾和中”为核 心，善用芳香药物辟秽，强调“攻邪不忘扶正”，并灵活运用道地“南药”资源的规律。横向对比川派、浙派 医学，展现了岭南“清热祛湿、健脾和中”的用药特色。通过数据挖掘分析岭南高发疾病慢性咳嗽的用药规 律，实证了其用药在遵循中医普遍法则的同时，融合了健脾祛湿、温和清解、扶正祛邪等地域特色。本研究为 岭南医学的传承创新、岭南道地药材开发及区域性疾病防治提供了理论依据与临床参考。

Lingnan medicine represents a prominent regional school of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM），shaped by the unique geographical and climatic environment and the constitutional characteristics of the population in the Lingnan area. This paper systematically reviews its academic ideology， characterized by “integrative innovation and pragmatic empiricism”，and provides an in-depth analysis of its pathological foundation centered on “damp-heat”. It systematically elaborates on five distinctive features of Lingnan Chinese materia medica：“medicinal-edible duality， mild clearing-resolving， aromatic turbidity-dispelling， employment of indigenous herbs， roots， vines and barks， and steaming-based processing for harmonization”. The clinical medication principles in Lingnan are distilled as centering on “clearing heat and resolving dampness，fortifying the spleen and harmonizing the middle”，with adept use of aromatic medicinals to eliminate turbidity，an emphasis on “attacking pathogens while not neglecting to fortify vital energy”， and the flexible application of genuine “southern herbs” according to established patterns. A horizontal comparison with the Sichuan and Zhejiang schools of medicine highlights Lingnan’s distinctive medication characteristics of “clearing heat and resolving dampness，fortifying the spleen to harmonize the center”. An data mining analysis of medication used for chronic cough，a disease with high incidence in Lingnan，validates that its medication practices， while adhering to the universal principles of TCM，integrate regional features such as fortifying the spleen and resolving dampness，employing mild and resolving properties，and simultaneously reinforcing the healthy and eliminating the pathogens. This study provides a theoretical basis and clinical reference for the inheritance and innovation of Lingnan medicine，the development of genuine Lingnan medicinal materials，and the prevention and treatment of regional diseases.
