消化道肿瘤是指包括胃癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、食管癌及胰腺癌等多种类型在内的消化系统恶性肿瘤,其 发病率和致死率在全球范围内逐年升高。Wnt/β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)信号通路在肿瘤细胞增殖、凋亡、侵袭 转移中起重要作用,已成为消化道肿瘤研究的重要靶点之一。中药具有多成分、多靶点、多通路的作用特点, 中药活性成分(如白藜芦醇、杨梅素、黄芩苷、积雪草苷等)及中药复方(如加味小陷胸汤、参芪抑瘤方、葛根 芩连汤、理气化湿方等)可通过调控 Wnt/β-catenin 信号通路,从诱导细胞凋亡、抑制上皮间质转化(EMT)、调 控肿瘤干细胞特性、重塑肿瘤微环境、调控血管生成、调控非编码 RNA 等多个方面抑制消化道肿瘤进展。本 研究基于 Wnt/β-catenin 信号通路的相关作用机制,对近年来中药在消化道肿瘤治疗方面的研究现状进行了系 统综述,可为中药临床治疗消化道肿瘤及相关研究提供参考。

Gastrointestinal tumors refer to a group of malignant tumors of the digestive system, including gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,liver cancer,esophageal cancer,and pancreatic cancer,whose morbidity and mortality rates are increasing worldwide. The Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway plays a crucial role in tumor cell proliferation, apoptosis,invasion,and metastasis,and has become one of the important therapeutic targets in gastrointestinal tumor research. Chinese medicine is characterized by its multi-component,multi-target,and multi-pathway actions. Both active components of Chinese medicine (such as resveratrol, myricetin, baicalin, asiaticoside, etc.) and Chinese medicine compound formulas (such as Modified Xiaoxianxiong Decoction, Shenqi Yuliu Formula, Gegen Qinlian Decoction,Liqi Huashi Formula,etc.) can inhibit the progression of gastrointestinal tumors by regulating the Wnt/ β -catenin signaling pathway through various mechanisms. These include inducing apoptosis, inhibiting epithelialmesenchymal transition (EMT), modulating cancer stem cell properties, remodeling the tumor microenvironment, regulating angiogenesis,and regulating non-coding RNAs. Based on the relevant mechanisms of action associated with the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway,this study provides a systematic review of the current research status of Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastrointestinal tumors in recent years,aiming to offer references for the clinical application of Chinese medicine in treating gastrointestinal tumors and for related research.
