心力衰竭是一种由多种病因引起的临床综合征,严重影响患者的生活质量和预后。现代研究发现,以沉 默信息调节因子 2 相关酶(SIRT)1、SIRT3、SIRT4、SIRT6 为代表的 SIRT 能够通过调控细胞能量代谢、氧化应 激反应及心肌组织纤维化、心肌细胞线粒体能量代谢、细胞凋亡等多途径,参与心力衰竭的发生、发展过程。 大量研究发现,中药单体及复方等中医药能通过调节 SIRT 表达和活性,增强心肌功能、减轻氧化应激、缓解 心脏重塑等途径改善心力衰竭。该文梳理了 SIRT 在心力衰竭发病中的作用及总结中医药调控 SIRT 干预心力 衰竭的研究内容,可为中医药防治心力衰竭提供更多思路。

[Abstract]
Heart failure is a clinical syndrome caused by multiple etiologies,severely affecting patients’ quality of life and prognosis. Modern research has found that sirtuins (SIRT),represented by SIRT1,SIRT3,SIRT4,and SIRT6, are involved in the occurrence and progression of heart failure through multiple pathways. These include regulating cellular energy metabolism, oxidative stress responses, myocardial tissue fibrosis, myocardial cell mitochondrial energy metabolism,and apoptosis. Extensive studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine (TCM),including herbal monomers and compound formulas,can improve heart failure by modulating the expression and activity of SIRT. This leads to enhanced myocardial function,reduced oxidative stress,and alleviated cardiac remodeling. This article reviews the role of SIRT in the pathogenesis of heart failure and summarizes research on TCM interventions targeting SIRTs for heart failure,aiming to provide more insights for the prevention and treatment of heart failure with TCM.
