[摘要]
中药地榆具有止血、抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等现代药理作用,临床上常用于治疗出血症、烧烫 伤、肠炎等疾病,其主要含有鞣质类、三萜类、黄酮类、木脂素类、有机酸类等化学成分。该文通过对地榆化 学成分及药理作用进行系统的总结归纳,在中药质量标志物 (Q-Marker) 理论基础上,根据化学成分与炮制方 法、植物亲缘学、功能主治、传统药效药性、不同配伍环境、可测性、新药效的关系这七个方面对地榆的 Q-Marker 进行了预测分析。发现鞣质类成分没食子酸、鞣花酸、没食子酸甲酯、原花青素、3, 3', 4'-O-三甲 基逆没食子酸,三萜类成分地榆皂苷Ⅰ、地榆皂苷Ⅱ,黄酮类成分儿茶素、槲皮素、山柰酚,以及有机酸类成 分阿魏酸可作为地榆的 Q-Marker,可为地榆质量评价体系的进一步完善提供理论依据。

Sanguisorbae Radix exhibits diverse pharmacological effects,including hemostatic,antibacterial,anti- inflammatory,antioxidant,and antitumor activities. It is clinically used to treat hemorrhagic disorders,burns,scalds, and enteritis. Its primary chemical constituents encompass tannins,triterpenoids,flavonoids,lignans,and organic acids. This review systematically summarizes the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Sanguisorbae Radix. Based on the Quality Marker (Q-marker) theory of traditional Chinese medicine,it predicts potential Q-markers for Sanguisorbae Radix by evaluating seven key aspects: (1) chemical composition and processing methods, (2) plant phylogenetics,(3) therapeutic functions,(4) traditional efficacy and properties,(5) compatibility environments, (6) measurability,and (7) novel pharmacological effects. The analysis suggests that tannins (gallic acid,ellagic acid, methyl gallate,procyanidins,and 3, 3', 4'-O-trimethyl ellagic acid),triterpenoids (ziyglycoside Ⅰ and Ⅱ), flavonoids (catechin,quercetin,and kaempferol) ,and organic acids (ferulic acid) may serve as robust Q-markers for Sanguisorbae Radix. These findings provide a theoretical foundation for refining its quality evaluation system.
