[摘要]
目的 建立高效液相色谱 (HPLC) 法同时测定麻仁胶囊中芍药苷、橙皮苷、芦荟大黄素、川陈皮素、 大黄酸、大黄素、和厚朴酚、厚朴酚、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚 10种成分的含量。方法 分析采用 Pntulips® NT-C18 色谱柱 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) ,柱温 30 ℃,流动相为乙腈-0.1% 磷酸,梯度洗脱,流速 0.9 mL·min-1 ,检测 波长 230 nm,进样量 10 μL。结果 芍药苷、橙皮苷、芦荟大黄素、川陈皮素、大黄酸、大黄素、和厚朴酚、 厚朴酚、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚 10 种成分在相应浓度范围内线性关系良好 (r ≥ 0.999 3) ,平均回收率分别为 97.82%、99.28%、97.83%、100.57%、101.80%、98.28%、99.09%、102.66%、101.71%、101.30%,RSD 均< 3.0%。6 批麻仁胶囊样品中芍药苷、橙皮苷、芦荟大黄素、川陈皮素、大黄酸、大黄素、和厚朴酚、厚朴酚、 大黄酚、大黄素甲醚 10 种成分平均含量范围分别为 5.677 1~6.987 1、1.260 9~2.718 5、0.510 3~0.803 2、 0.162 8~0.275 7、0.170 1~0.262 3、0.307 1~0.747 8、0.058 7~0.075 7、0.101 3~0.154 7、2.862 9~9.251 2、 0.564 6~1.346 4 mg·g-1 。结论 该方法准确,重复性好,可用于麻仁胶囊的质量评价与控制,可为其后续质 量标准的提高提供参考。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of ten components in Maren Capsules,including paeoniflorin,hesperidin,aloe-emodin,nobiletin, rhein, emodin, honokiol, magnolol, chrysophanol, and physcion. Methods The analysis was performed on a Pntulips® NT-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) maintained at 30 °C. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and-0.1% phosphoric acid with gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.9 mL·min-1 . The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm,and the injection volume was 10 μL. Results The ten components exhibited good linear relationships within their respective concentration ranges (r ≥ 0.999 3) . The average recoveries were 97.82%,99.28%,97.83%,100.57%, 101.80%,98.28%,99.09%,102.66%,101.71%,and 101.30%,with RSD values all below 3.0%. In six batches of Maren Capsules,the average content ranges of paeoniflorin,hesperidin,aloe-emodin,nobiletin,rhein,emodin, honokiol,magnolol,chrysophanol,and physcion were 5.677 1-6.987 1,1.260 9-2.718 5,0.510 3-0.803 2,0.162 8- 0.275 7,0.170 1-0.262 3,0.307 1-0.747 8,0.058 7-0.075 7,0.101 3-0.154 7,2.862 9-9.251 2,and 0.564 6- 1.346 4 mg·g-1 , respectively. Conclusion This method is accurate and reproducible, suitable for the quality evaluation and control of Maren capsules,and provides a reference for improving its quality standards.
