[摘要]
清眩润目饮由经典名方增液汤化裁而成,具有补脾益肺、抗炎、抗氧化及调节水液代谢等多种药理作 用。该文通过系统总结清眩润目饮的化学成分与药理作用,并基于质量标志物(Q-marker)的理论原则进行预测 分析,确定梓醇、地黄苷 D、哈巴苷、哈巴俄苷、鲁斯可皂苷元、麦冬皂苷 D、升麻素苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿 米醇苷、石斛酚、芦丁、绿原酸、白术内酯Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、苍术酮、桔梗皂苷 D、连翘酯苷 A、甘草苷和甘草酸 共 19 种成分可作为清眩润目饮的质量评价标志物。这些成分具有专属性强、可测性高的特点,可作为后续研 究和生产中的重要指标,以进一步结合药材、饮片及制剂的量值传递规律,构建全过程可追溯的清眩润目饮质 量控制体系,可确保其质量的稳定性及可控性。

Qingxuan Runmu Yin is derived from the classical formula Zengye Decoction and exhibits multiple pharmacological effects including spleen-tonifying, lung-nourishing, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and water metabolism regulation. Through a systematic review of its chemical constituents and pharmacological activities, and based on the theoretical principles of quality markers (Q-markers),19 components were identified as potential Q-markers for quality evaluation:catalpol,rehmannioside D,harpagoside,harpagide,ruscogenin,ophiopogonin D,cimifugin, 5-O-methylvisamminol, dendrophenol, rutin, chlorogenic acid, atractylenolide Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ , atractylone, platycodin D, forsythiaside A, liquiritin, and glycyrrhizic acid. These components are characterized by high specificity and measurability,making them suitable as key indicators for subsequent research and production. Further integration with the quantitative transfer patterns of crude drugs,decoction pieces,and preparations will help establish a traceable quality control system for Qingxuan Runmu Yin throughout the entire production process, ensuring its stability and controllability.
