目的 基于 CiteSpace 和 VOSviewer 分析中医药辅助放化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的研究现状、热点及趋势。方法 检索 1994 年 1 月—2024 年 8 月发表于中国知网（CNKI）和 Web of Science（WOS）有关中医药辅助放化疗治疗恶 性肿瘤的研究文献，并运用 CiteSpace 6.3.R3 和 VOSviewer 1.6.20 软件对中医药辅助放化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的发 文、合作机构、研究热点、关键词及未来研究趋势进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入中文文献 639 篇，英文文献 1 488 篇，发文整体呈现波动增长趋势。该领域的中文文献主流作者团队以何爱国和高力英为主，英文文献以 Huang Xinen、Li Jie、Jia Yingjie 为主。中文文献发文量前三位的机构为南京中医药大学（19 篇）、中国中医科 学院广安门医院（13 篇）和天津中医药大学第一附属医院（11 篇）；英文文献发文量前三位的机构为上海中医药 大学（102 篇）、北京中医药大学（82 篇）和浙江中医药大学（73 篇）。中医药辅助放化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的研究热 点主要集中在作用机制、药物研究、临床观察指标等方面；前沿研究趋势主要有针灸、网络药理学、耐药机 制、作用机制等。结论 中医药辅助放化疗治疗恶性肿瘤凭借其临床疗效、作用机制及生活质量改善等研究 优势，围绕骨髓抑制防治、中药制剂开发及凋亡机制等热点领域，未来有望在肿瘤治疗中发挥更为主导的作 用。

Objective To analyze the research status，hotspots，and trends of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） assisted chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of malignant tumors based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer. Methods Research literature on TCM-assisted chemoradiotherapy for malignant tumors published between January 1994 and August 2024 in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI） and Web of Science （WOS） databases was retrieved. CiteSpace 6.3. R3 and VOSviewer 1.6.20 software were used to conduct a visual analysis of publications， collaborative institutions， research hotspots， keywords， and future research trends in the field of TCM-assisted chemoradiotherapy for malignant tumors. Results A total of 639 Chinese articles and 1 488 English articles were included. The overall publication trend showed fluctuating growth. The mainstream author teams in Chinese literature were led by He Aiguo and Gao Liying，while in English literature，the leading authors were Huang Xinen，Li Jie，and Jia Yingjie. The top three institutions in terms of Chinese publications were Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine （19 articles）， Guang'anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences （13 articles）， and the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine （11 articles）. The top three institutions in terms of English publications were Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine （102 articles）， Beijing University of Chinese Medicine （82 articles）， and Zhejiang Chinese Medical University （73 articles）. Research hotspots in TCM-assisted chemoradiotherapy for malignant tumors mainly focused on mechanisms of action， drug research，and clinical observation indicators. Frontier research trends included acupuncture，network pharmacology， drug resistance mechanisms，and mechanisms of action. Conclusion TCM-assisted chemoradiotherapy for malignant tumors，with its research advantages in clinical efficacy，mechanisms of action，and quality of life improvement，is expected to play a more dominant role in tumor treatment in the future，particularly in hot areas such as the prevention and treatment of myelosuppression，the development of TCM preparations，and apoptosis mechanisms.
