[摘要]
目的 建立洛党参饮片的“产地加工-炮制一体化”生产工艺。方法 采用单因素实验,以含水量、揉 搓次数和烘干温度为考察因素,对制备的一体化洛党参饮片进行质量评价;根据评分设计正交试验方案,采用 层次分析法结合组合赋权法计算各洛党参饮片的指标权重,以醇溶性浸出物、党参多糖和其他主要有效成分含 量及外观评分为指标,多指标综合优选洛党参饮片的一体化生产工艺。结果 一体化洛党参饮片的生产工艺: 烘干温度 50 ℃、揉搓次数 1 次、含水量(50±5)%。此工艺得到的饮片中党参多糖百分含量为(77.50±3.24)%, 醇溶性浸出物百分含量为(68.07±0.65)%,党参炔苷含量为(464.56±2.20)µg·g-1 ,最终饮片评分为 8.554 分。 结论 正交试验优选得出的一体化洛党参饮片制备工艺合理、可行,可为洛党参的饮片规范化生产与质量评价 提供理论基础与数据支撑。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish an integrated production process of “orgin processing-processing iftergration”for Luolong Codonopsis Radix medicinal slices. Methods Single-factor experiments were conducted with moisture content, kneading frequency,and drying temperature as factors to evaluate the quality of the integrated Luodangshen slices. An orthogonal experimental design was developed based on scoring,and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP)combined with combined weighting was used to calculate the weight of each index for the Luolong Codonopsis Radix medicinal slices. The integrated production process was optimized using multiple indicators,including alcohol-soluble extracts, Codonopsis polysaccharides,other main active components,and appearance scores. Results The optimal production process for integrated Luolong Codonopsis Radix medicinal slices was determined as follows: drying temperature of 50 ℃,kneading frequency of one times,and moisture content of(50 ± 5)%. The resulting slices contained Codonopsis polysaccharides at (77.50 ± 3.24)%,alcohol-soluble extracts at (68.07 ± 0.65)%,lobetyolin at (464.56 ± 2.20)µg·g⁻¹, and a final slice score of 8.554. Conclusion The integrated production process for Luolong Codonopsis Radix medicinal slices optimized by orthogonal experiments is reasonable and feasible, providing a theoretical foundation and data support for the standardized production and quality evaluation of Luolong Codonopsis Radix medicinal.
