桑寄生为我国传统中药材,始载于《神农本草经》,具有祛风湿、止痹痛、补肝肾、强筋骨、安胎元等 功效,化学成分主要包含黄酮类、甾醇类、萜类、酚酸类、苯丙素类、木脂素类、挥发油类等,具有抗肿瘤、 降血压、降血糖、降血脂、抗炎、镇痛、抗菌、抗病毒、抗骨质疏松、利尿、强心、保护神经、增强记忆等药 理作用。通过对桑寄生化学成分及药理作用进行系统的总结归纳,在中药质量标志物(Q-marker)理论基础上, 根据植物亲缘及其特有性成分、传统药效及药性、药物代谢动力学及体内过程、化学成分可测性、采收时期及 产地、新的药效等多层面对桑寄生的 Q-marker 进行了预测分析,发现黄酮类、萜类、甾体类、苷类、挥发油 类化学成分可作为桑寄生 Q-marker 的物质种类,槲皮苷、槲皮素、广寄生苷、萹蓄苷、金丝桃苷、槲皮素 3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷、(+)-儿茶素、β-谷甾醇、山柰酚等可作为桑寄生 Q-marker 的候选化学成分,可为 桑寄生质量评价体系的建立以及药材质量控制提供科学依据和理论参考。

axilli Herba is a traditional Chinese medicinal herb, first documented in the Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing (Shennong’s Classic of the Materia Medica). It is known for its effects in dispelling wind and dampness,alleviating pain and numbness,supplementing the liver and kidneys,strengthening tendons and bones,and stabilizing fetus. Its main chemical constituents include flavonoids, sterols, terpenes, phenolic acids, phenylethanoids, lignans and volatile oils. It exhibits pharmacological actions such as anti-tumor, hypotensive, hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic, anti-inflammatory,analgesic,antimicrobial,antiviral,anti-osteoporotic,diuretic,cardiotonic,neuroprotective, and memory-enhancing effects. This paper summarizes the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Taxilli Herba. Based on the theory of quality marker (Q-marker) in traditional Chinese medicine,it predicts and analyzes the Q-marker of Taxilli Herba from various aspects such as plant affinity and specific components, traditional pharmacological effects and properties,pharmacokinetics and in vivo processes of drugs,and detectability of chemical components. It identifies flavonoids, terpenes, steroids, glycosides, and volatile oils as potential categories of Q-marker for Taxilli Herba. Candidate chemical components such as quercetin,quercitrin,astragaloside,puerarin, isoquercitrin,quercetin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,(+)-catechin,β-sitosterol,and kaempferol are preliminarily predicted as Q-marker for its quality. This research aims to establish a quality evaluation system for Taxilli Herba and provide scientific basis and theoretical references for the quality control of Taxilli Herba medicinal materials.
