冬凌草为河南的特色药材，首载于 《神农本草经》，是一种临床常用的中草药，其化学成分类型丰富， 包含萜类、生物碱、挥发油、黄酮、氨基酸、有机酸类等。现代药理学研究发现，冬凌草具有抗肿瘤、抗菌消 炎、抗氧化、免疫增强等药理作用。该文系统总结了冬凌草化学成分和药理作用的研究进展，并基于中药质量 标志物理论，从植物亲缘学及化学成分的特有性证据、中药药性、新药效、不同产地与采收时期、化学成分可 测性以及药动学方面对冬凌草的质量标志物进行预测分析，以期为冬凌草的质量标准研究提供科学依据。

Rabdosiae Rubescentis Herba is a speciality herb of Henan Province，first recorded in Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing （Shen Nong’s Classic of the Materia Medica）. It is a clinically used Chinese herbal medicine with a rich type of chemical constituents containing terpenoids，alkaloids，volatile oils，flavonoids，amino acids，organic acids，etc. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Rabdosiae Rubescentis Herba has anti-tumor，antibacterial and antiinflammatory， antioxidant， immune-enhancing and other pharmacological effects. This article systematically summarizes the research progress on the chemical components and pharmacological effects of Rabdosiae Rubescentis Herba. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal quality markers，it examines the unique evidence of plant genetics and chemical components，traditional Chinese medicine properties，new medicinal effects，different origins and and the period of harvest，the measurability of chemical components and pharmacokinetics were used to predict and analyze Rabdosiae Rubescentis Herba quality markers，in order to provide a scientific basis for the study of quality standards.
