目的 基于中西医临床原发性肝癌指南分析探讨建立与临床原发性肝癌气滞血瘀症吻合度高的动物模 型。方法 从《原发性肝癌诊疗指南(2024 年版)》《原发性肝癌中医诊疗指南》等指南,提炼气滞血瘀证候的 中医临床诊断依据,通过查阅气滞血瘀证及其动物模型相关的文献,根据动物模型构建的客观指标,归纳总结 气滞血瘀动物模型中医诊断标准,通过赋值评分法从现有的气滞血瘀证候动物模型中找出与临床原发性肝癌气 滞血瘀证吻合度最高的造模方法。结果 气滞血瘀证复合因素模型和原发性肝癌中西医临床气滞血瘀证候吻合 度最高(71%)。 结论 目前所建立的气滞血瘀证动物模型存在造模周期较长、造模方法复杂、中医吻合度较 低等问题。建议进一步完善气滞血瘀中医证候表现对应的实验动物评价标准,结合中医气滞血瘀证型的特点制 备更能体现中医“四诊”特点的实验动物模型,为原发性肝癌的中西医治疗提供更精准的研究模型。

[Abstract]
Objective Based on Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine clinical guidelines for primary liver cancer to explore the establishment of an animal model with high concordance with clinical primary liver cancer qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. Methods From the “Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer (2024 Edition)”“Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer in Traditional Chinese Medicine” and other guidelines,the TCM clinical diagnosis basis of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome was refined. By consulting the literature related to qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and its animal model,according to the objective indicators of animal model construction,the TCM diagnostic criteria of qi stagnation and blood stasis animal model were summarized. Through the assignment scoring method,the existing animal model of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome was found. The modeling method with the highest degree of agreement with the clinical primary liver cancer qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. Results The composite factor model of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and the clinical qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of primary liver cancer were the highest (71%). Conclusion At present, the established animal model of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome has problems such as long modeling cycle,complex modeling methods,and low coincidence of TCM. It is suggested to further improve the evaluation criteria of experimental animals corresponding to the performance of TCM syndromes of qi stagnation and blood stasis, and to prepare experimental animal models that can better reflect the characteristics of TCM “four diagnostic methods”in combination with the characteristics of TCM syndromes of qi stagnation and blood stasis,so as to provide a more accurate research model for the treatment of primary liver cancer with traditional Chinese and western medicine.
