代谢重编程被认为是癌症的标志性特征之一,在肝细胞癌(HCC)发生、发展的过程中发挥着重要作用。 HCC 细胞通过重编程糖、脂质、氨基酸等物质的代谢途径以适应肿瘤微环境变化和能量需求,从而增强肿瘤 细胞的增殖、存活、侵袭能力,并加速肿瘤生长、转移和耐药性的形成。近年来,大量研究发现,中药复方及 其有效成分可通过干预 HCC 代谢重编程发挥抗癌作用,并取得了积极进展。该文系统总结了中药复方及其有 效成分通过靶向代谢重编程发挥抗肿瘤作用的研究进展,以期为中医药通过调控代谢重编程以干预 HCC 提供 理论依据。

[Abstract]
Metabolic reprogramming is considered to be one of the hallmark features of cancer and plays an important role in the process of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) development. HCC cells adapt to the changes in the tumour microenvironment and energy demand by reprogramming the metabolic pathways of sugars,lipids,amino acids,and other substances,thereby enhancing the proliferation,survival and invasion of tumour cells and accelerating tumour growth,metastasis,and drug resistance. In recent years,a large number of studies have found that Chinese herbal compounds and active ingredients can exert anticancer effects by interfering with HCC metabolic reprogramming,and positive progress has been achieved. This article systematically summarizes the research progress of Chinese herbal compound and its active ingredients in exerting antitumour effects throug targeted metabolic reprogramming,with a view to providing theoretical basis for Chinese medicine to interfere in HCC through regulating metabolic reprogramming.
