[摘要]
溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种局限于结直肠黏膜及黏膜下层的慢性非特异性炎症性疾病,疾病反复发作、 缠绵难愈。近年来,越来越多的研究表明中药单体及复方能够通过调节 Toll 样受体 4/核转录因子 κB(TLR4/ NF-κB)、核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白 3(NLRP3)、Janus激酶/转录激活因子 3(JAK/STAT3)、磷脂酰 肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/Akt)、神经源性位点缺口同源蛋白(Notch)、腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶/哺乳动物雷帕 霉素靶蛋白(AMPK/m-TOR)等信号通路,抑制炎症反应、氧化应激、细胞凋亡,修复肠道屏障等来减轻UC症 状,改善肠道功能。该文基于信号通路系统总结了中医药治疗 UC的作用机制内容,以期为中医药治疗 UC提 供新的理论依据。

Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic,nonspecific inflammatory disease limited to the colorectal mucosa and submucosa, which recurs repeatedly and is difficult to cure. In recent years, an increasing number of studies have shown that Chinese herbal monomers and compound recipes are capable of regulating Toll-like receptor 4 / nuclear transcription factor-κB(TLR4/NF-κB),nucleotide-binding oligomerisation structural domain-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3),Janus kinase/transcription activating factor 3(JAK/STAT3),phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K/ Akt), neurogenic site gap homologue(Notch), adenylate-activated protein kinase / mammalian target of rapamycin(AMPK/m-TOR),signaling pathways to inhibit inflammatory responses,oxidative stress,and apoptosis, as well as repairing intestinal barrier to reduce UC symptoms and improve intestinal function. The paper systematically summarized the content of the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of UC based on the signaling pathway,with a view to providing a new theoretical basis for the treatment of UC with TCM.
