[摘要]
丹皮酚具有广泛的药理活性,能够抑制膀胱癌、宫颈癌、肝癌、肺癌、结直肠癌、胃癌、前列腺癌、卵 巢癌、乳腺癌等多种恶性肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、转移,诱导其凋亡。此外,丹皮酚在提高抗肿瘤药物敏感 性、逆转化疗耐药性、减低抗肿瘤药物毒副作用方面也具有明显作用。丹皮酚抗肿瘤作用机制涉及多种分子靶 点和信号通路,包括NF-κB信号通路、PI3K/AKT信号通路、MAPK信号通路,以及miRNA等。通过对丹皮酚 抗肿瘤作用及其机制方面的研究进展进行系统阐述,可为深入开展丹皮酚抗肿瘤研究及新药开发提供参考。

Paeonol exhibits a wide range of pharmacological activities. Extensive research has demonstrated that paeonol can inhibit proliferate,invade,metastasize,and induce apoptosis of various malignant tumor cells,including bladder cancer, cervical cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, prostate cancer, ovarian cancer,breast cancer,etc. Additionally,paeonol also displays significant effect in improving sensitivity of anti-tumor drugs,reversing chemotherapy resistance and reducing the toxic side effect of anti-tumor drugs. Its antitumor mechanism involves multiple molecular targets and signaling pathways, such as NF - κB, PI3K / AKT, and MAPK signaling pathways, as well as miRNA, etc. This paper conducts a comprehensive exposition on anti-tumor effect and mechanism of paeonol,which can provide reference for in-depth research on the anti-tumor effect of paeonol and the development of new drugs.
