该文系统梳理了葛根在中医古籍中用于解酒的文献记载。研究发现,葛根解酒功效的历史认知经历了以 下阶段:在两晋南北朝及以前,葛根虽未被本草著作明确列为解酒药,但方书中已有其治疗酒醉相关症状的记 录;唐、五代时期,本草著作明确记载了葛根的解酒功效,并伴随相关复方的出现;宋元时期涌现相关复方, 充分拓展了葛根在解酒功效上的应用,且有医家开始意识到其解酒效力的局限性;明清时期医家将葛根缓解酒 后烦热的功效与其升清特性和甘冷性味相联系,并对解酒功效的局限性有了更深入的理解。

This article reviews the literature records related to alleviating the effect of hangovers of Puerariae Lobatae Radix in ancient Chinese medical texts. Research findings indicate that the historical understanding of alleviating the effect of hangovers of Puerariae Lobatae Radix has gone through the following stages:Before the Jin and Northern and Southern Dynasties,although Puerariae Lobatae Radix was not explicitly listed as drug for alcohol detoxication in the herbal works,record of its treatment for hangover symptom had been found in formula books. During the Tang and Five Dynasties,herbal works explicitly stated the efficacy of alleviating hangovers of Puerariae Lobatae Radix,which was accompanied by the emergence of related compound formulas. The relevant compound formulas that emerged during the Song and Yuan Dynasties fully expanded the application of Puerariae Lobatae Radix in alleviating the effect of hangovers,and some physicians began to realize the limitations of alleviating the effect of hangover of Puerariae Lobatae Radix. In the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the effect of Puerariae Lobatae Radix in relieving post-alcohol fever was made to contact with its clear-rising characteristics and sweet-cold properities and flavors by physicians,all of whom had a deeper understanding of the limitations of its alleviating effect of hangovers.
