钙化性主动脉瓣疾病（CAVD）是一种进行性心脏瓣膜病，其发病机制与动脉粥样硬化相似，涉及脂质沉积、炎症反应和细胞外基质重塑等途径。炎症反应在 CAVD 的发病机制中起着关键作用，而巨噬细胞作为炎症反应的核心执行者，其极化状态与疾病进展息息相关。中医理论认为，巨噬细胞极化状态与阴阳学说有着密切联系。该文介绍了巨噬细胞不同极化状态下对 CAVD 的影响，以及中医药通过多途径调控巨噬细胞极化防治 CAVD 的作用和机制，为中医药治疗 CAVD 提供新思路。

Calcific aortic valve disease （CAVD） is a progressive heart valve disorder，which has similar pathogenesis of atherosclerosis， involving lipid deposition， inflammatory response， and extracellular matrix remodeling. Inflammation plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of CAVD. Macrophages as central executors of the inflammatory response， whose polarization state is closely related to disease progression. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） theory suggests a close connection between macrophage polarization and yin-yang theory. This paper introduces the effect of macrophage with different polarization states on CAVD， as well as the role and mechanisms of TCM in regulating macrophage polarization to prevent and treat CAVD through muti-pathway，aiming to provide new insights for the treatment of CAVD with TCM.
