奖赏环路的异常在抑郁症的发生和进展中起着关键作用。生命早期应激是抑郁症的关键风险因素。然而，生命早期应激如何影响奖赏环路的结构与功能及其潜在机制尚未完全阐明。中医药在治疗抑郁症方面显示出了显著的疗效，为抑郁症提供了一种有效的替代治疗方案。该文综述了生命早期应激对奖赏环路结构和功能的影响，同时总结了中医药在这一过程中潜在的干预机制和效果，旨在为抑郁症的进一步研究和治疗提供理论支持及新的治疗视角。

Abnormalities in the reward circuit play a key role in the onset and progression of depression. Early-life stress is a key risk factor for depression. However，how early-life stress affects the structure and function of the reward circuit，and its underlying mechanisms have not been fully elucidated. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）has shown remarkable efficacy in the treatment of depression and provides an effective alternative treatment program for depression. This paper summarizes the impacts of early-life stress on the structure and function of the reward circuit，as well as evaluates the potential intervention mechanisms and effects of TCM in this process，thus to provide theoretical support and new perspectives for further research and treatment of depression.
