目的 采用超高效液相色谱（UPLC）方法，同时测定止痒洗剂中盐酸小檗碱、芍药苷和大黄素的含量。方法 采用Aglient ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱（2.1×50 mm，1.8 μm），流动相为甲醇- 0.1 %磷酸水溶液，进行梯度洗脱，流速为0.4 mL·min-1，检测波长为240 nm，柱温为30 ℃。结果 盐酸小檗碱、芍药苷和大黄素分别在0.0346～0.4152 μg，0.3190～3.8280 μg，0.0250～0.3000 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系；平均回收率分别为96.44 %，95.62 %和96.48 %。结论 该方法简便、准确、重复性好，可为制定止痒洗剂质量标准及产品质量控制提供依据。

Objective To develop a UPLC method for simultaneous determination of berberine hydrochloride，paeoniflorin and emodin in Zhiyang Lotion by UPLC. Methods The analysis was performed on a column of Aglient ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18（2.1×50 mm，1.8 μm）with gradient mobile phase of methanol and 0.1 % phosphoric acid solution at the flow rate of 0.4 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 240 nm，and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Results The linearity ranges of berberine hydrochloride，paeoniflorin and emodin were 0.0346~ 0.4152 μg，0.3190~3.8280 μg，0.0250~0.3000 μg，respectively，and the average recoveries were 96.44 %，95.62 % and 96.48 %，respectively. Conclusion The established method is simple and quick，and can be used for simultaneous determination of berberine hydrochloride，paeoniflorin and emodin in Zhiyang Lotion.
