[摘要]
目的 建立通贤柚叶的HPLC指纹图谱。方法 色谱柱为Sepax Amethyst C18-H(250 mm×4.6 0mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1 %甲酸,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长303 nm,柱温25 ℃,进样量20 μL。分析12批通贤柚叶样品,并进行主成分分析。结果 建立了通贤柚叶的HPLC指纹图谱,确定了16个共有色谱峰,采用对照品指认了其中2个峰。主成分分析结果表明,11个色谱峰对其质量控制较为重要。结论 所建立的指纹图谱分析方法特征性强,为通贤柚叶的质量控制提供了科学依据。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Folium Citri Grandis of Tongxian. Methods HPLC was performed on a Sepax Amethyst C18-H analytical column(250 mm×4.60 mm,5 μm) with gradient elution using acetonitrile and 0.1 % aqueous formic acid as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 303 nm,the column temperature was set at 25 ℃ and the injection volume was 20 μL. Twelve batches of pomelo leaves from Tongxian were analyzed,and principal component analysis(PCA) was used for data analysis. Results The HPLC fingerprint of Folium Citri Grandis of Tongxian was established. Sixteen peaks were confirmed as the characteristic common peaks,2 of them were identified according to the reference standards. The results of principal component analysis showed that 11 peaks had an obvious effect on the quality of pomelo leaves. Conclusion The established method is specific for fingerprint analysis,and could provide a basis for quality control of Folium Citri Grandis of Tongxian.
