目的 建立气相色谱法（GC）测定复方野菊花抗感软胶囊中广藿香醇的含量。方法 采用 GC 法，色谱柱为石英毛细管柱 007-225 （30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm）；程序升温：起始温度 110 ℃，保持 7 min，以100 ℃·min-1的速率升温至 168 ℃，保持 7 min，再以40 ℃·min-1的速率升温至 190 ℃，保持 2 min，最后以60 ℃·min-1的速率升温至 240 ℃，保持2 min，分流比 10 ∶ 1，FID 检测器；检测器温度为280 ℃。结果 复方野菊花抗感软胶囊中广藿香醇在 0.1406～ 0.9842 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，线性方程为：Y=10.36X+0.0322，r=0.9996。平均回收率 98.28 %（n=9），RSD为 1.5 %。结论 该方法简便、准确、快速，可用于复 方野菊花抗感软胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To establish a gas chromatography（GC） method for the determination of patchouli alcohol in Compound Flos Chrysanthemi Indici Anti-flu Soft Capsule. Methods GC was operated with Quartz capillary column（30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm）. Column temperature was temperature-programmed：original temperature at 110 ℃ kept for 7 minutes，raising to 168 ℃ at the rate of 100 ℃·min-1 and kept for 7 minutes， raising to 190 ℃ at the rate of 40 ℃·min-1 and kept for 2 minutes，and then raising to 240 ℃ at the rate of 60 ℃·min-1 and kept for 2 minute. Split ratio was 10∶1 and FID detector temperature was 280 ℃. Results The linear range of patchouli alcohol in Compound Flos Chrysanthemi Indici Anti-flu Soft Capsule was from 0.1406 to 0.9842 μg. The linear equation was Y=10.36X+0.0322，r = 0.9996. The average recovery was 98.28 %（n=9）and RSD was 1.5 %. Conclusion The established method is simple，accurate and quick，and can be used to control the quality of Compound Flos Chrysanthemi Indici Anti-flu Soft Capsule.
