目的 建立天麻定眩胶囊中天麻素含量的测定方法。方法 采用Sinchrom ODS-BP（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm）色谱柱，乙腈-甲醇-0.05 %磷酸溶液（1∶2∶97）为流动相；检测波长为220 nm；柱温：40℃；进样体积：10 μL。结果 天麻素在15.09～503 μg·mL-1范围内具有良好的线性关系（r=0.9997）；平均回收率为99.4 %，RSD=2.52 %（n=6）。结论 该法简便易行、结果准确、重复性好，可用于天麻定眩胶囊中天麻素的含量测定。

Objective To develop a high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method for the determination of gastrodin in Tianma Dingxuan capsules．Methods The HPLC method was validated on Sinchrom ODS-BP chromatographic column（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm） with a mobile phase of acetonitrile -0.05 % phosphoric acid. The detection wavelength was 220 nm，column temperature at 40℃，and the volume of injection was 10 μL. Results The calibration curve of the gastrodin showed good linearity in the range of 15.09～503 μg·mL-1（r=0.9999）. The average recovery was 99.4 %，and the standard deviation was 2.52（n=6）．Conclusion The developed method is simple and with high precision and accuracy，which can be used for the quality control of Tianma Dingxuan capsules．
