目的 建立丹蒌片HPLC指纹图谱，为丹蒌片质量控制及其作用机制的研究提供依据。方法 通过对检测波长，色谱柱及流动相的选择，确定丹蒌片指纹图谱最佳检测条件，采用HPLC法测定了12批次丹蒌片样品，运用中药指纹图谱相似度评价软件对结果进行分析。结果 本实验共标定15个共有峰，12批丹蒌片HPLC指纹图谱共有峰特征明显，但不同批次的指纹图谱略有差异。结论 该方法简单、快捷，结果准确，重现性好，可用于丹蒌片的质量控制。

Objective To establish a HPLC fingerprint analysis method for Danlou tablets. Methods After optimization of detection wavelength，chromatographic column and mobile phase，12 batches of Danlou tablets were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）. The experimental data were analyzed by using the software of Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Results Fifteen common peaks were obtained for HPLC fingerprint of Danlou tablets. The common peaks in 12 batches had exclusive properties，but the fingerprints varied in different batches of samples. Conclusion The developed method is simple，fast，accurate，and with good repeatability，which can be used for quality control of Danlou tablets．
