目的 建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定灵芝孢子油中1，2-二油酸-3-棕榈酸甘油酯含量的方法。方法 采用HPLC法，色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)柱，流动相:乙腈-异丙醇(体积比为51∶49)，流速:1.0 mL·min-1，ELSD漂移管温度:40 ℃，载气流速:2.4 L·min-1。结果 1，2-二油酸-3-棕榈酸甘油酯在2.7～27.0 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996)，平均回收率为99.3 %，RSD值为2.3 %。结论 该方法简便、准确、分离度好，可用于灵芝孢子油中1，2-二油酸-3-棕榈酸甘油酯的含量测定。

Objective To establish a method for the content determination of 1，2-dioleoyl-3-palmitoyl glycerol in Ganoderma lucidum spore oil by HPLC. Methods HPLC was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm) with acetonitrile-isopropanol(51∶49) as the mobile phase and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The temperature of drift tube was 40 ℃，and the flow rate of gas was 2.4 L·min-1. Results The calibration curves of 1，2-dioleoyl-3-palmitoyl glycerol were in good linearity in the range of 2.7~27.0 μg(r=0.9996). The average recovery was 99.3 %，RSD being 2.3 %. Conclusion The method is simple，accurate and reliable with a good resolution，and can be used for the quantitative determination of 1，2-dioleoyl-3-palmitoyl glycerol in Ganoderma lucidum spore oil.
