[摘要]
目的 研究藏药阿夏塞尔郡(打箭菊)中的化学成分,为阐明其药效物质及作用机制奠定基础。方法 采用正相硅胶、反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等现代色谱技术对打箭菊药材甲醇提取物进行分离纯化,综合运用质谱(MS)及核磁共振光谱(1H-NMR、13C NMR)等现代波谱学方法和技术对化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果 从阿夏塞尔郡的乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位分离得到14个黄酮类化合物:苜蓿素(tricin,1)、4,-甲氧基-苜蓿素(4,-methoxy-tricin,2)、洋芹素(apiolin,3)、木犀草素(luteolin,4)、槲皮素(quercetin,5)、甲氧基寿菊素(axillarin,6)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,7)、洋芹素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(apiolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,8)、洋芹素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸甲酯(apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronic acid methyl ester,9)、槲皮素-3-O-葡萄糖苷(quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside,10)、6-羟基-木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6-hydroxy-luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,11)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(luteolin -7-O-β-D-glucoside aid,12)、洋芹素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(scopoletin-7-O-β-D-glucoside aid,13)、金圣草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(chrysoeriol-7-O-β-D-glucoside aid,14)。结论 化合物8~14均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Tibetan herb Pyrethrumta tsienense(Bur. et Franch.) Ling,thus to supply evidence for its pharmacological research and therapeutic mechanism. Methods The components of methanol extract of Pyrethrumta tsienense(Bur. et Franch.) Ling was isolated and purified by normal phase silica gel,reversed phase silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. The structures of compounds were identified by spectral analysis of mass spectrum and NMR(1H-NMR,13C NMR) spectrum. Results Fourteen flavonoids were obtained from ethyl acetate fraction and n-butanol fraction,and they were tricin(1),4,-methoxy-tricin(2),apiolin(3),luteolin(4),quercetin(5),axillarin(6),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(7),apiolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(8),apigenin -7-O-β- D-glucuronic acid methyl ester(9),quercetin -3-O-β-D-glucoside(10),6-hydroxy-luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(11),luteolin -7-O-β-D-glucoside aid(12),scopoletin-7-O-β -D-glucoside aid(13),and chrysoeriol-7-O- β-D-glucoside aid(14). Conclusion Compounds 8-14 have been isolated from the Pyrethrumta genus for the first time.
