目的 建立干姜黄芩黄连人参汤中11种药效成分的RP-HPLC测定方法，为干姜黄芩黄连人参汤的研发提供参考依据。方法 采用RP-HPLC法，通过不同的检测方法，对干姜黄芩黄连人参汤中11种药效成分进行检测。结果 黄芩苷、黄芩素、盐酸小檗碱、盐酸黄连碱、盐酸药根碱、6-姜酚、8-姜酚、10-姜酚、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb1分别在0.430～8.600 μg(r=0.9992)、0.026～0.520 μg(r=0.9997)、0.438～8.760 μg(r=0.9996)、0.054～1.080 μg(r=0.9995)、0.070～1.400 μg(r=0.9994)、0.060～1.200 μg(r=0.9995)、0.030～0.600 μg(r=0.9995)、0.026～0.520 μg(r=0.9994)、0.156～3.120 μg(r=0.9996)，0.070～1.400 μg(r=0.9994)、0.132～2.140 μg(r=0.9995)范围内呈良好的线性关系；平均回收率分别为99.40 %(RSD 为1.70 %)、100.88 %(RSD 为2.50 %)、100.55 %(RSD 为1.41 %)、99.47%(RSD为1.84 %)、98.40 %(RSD为 1.59 %)、99.47 %(RSD为 1.84 %)、100.62 %(RSD为 2.57 %)、99.49 %(RSD为1.06 %)、100.89 %(RSD为 1.79 %)、100.06 %(RSD为 2.45 %)、99.79 %(RSD为1.24 %)。结论 该方法快速、准确，无内源物质干扰，可用于干姜黄芩黄连人参汤有效成分的含量测定。

Objective To determinate content of 11 active compositions in Ganjiang Huangqin Huanglian Renshen decoction，and to provide evidence for its quality control. Methods RP-HPLC was used under different conditions to detect the content of 11 active compositions in Ganjiang Huangqin Huanglian Renshen decoction. Results The calibration curves of baicalin，baicalein，berberine hydrochloride，coptisine hydrochloride，jatrorrhizine hydrochloride，6-gingerol，8-gingerol，10-gingerol，ginsenoside Rg1，ginsenoside Re，ginsenoside Rb1 were in good linearity within the ranges of 0.430～8.600 μg(r=0.9992)，0.026～0.520 μg(r=0.9997)，0.438～8.760 μg(r=0.9996)，0.054～1.080 μg(r=0.9995)，0.070～1.400 μg(r=0.9994)，0.060～1.200 μg(r=0.9995)，0.030～0.600 μg(r=0.9995)，0.026～0.520 μg(r=0.9994)，0.156～3.120 μg(r=0.9996)，0.070～1.400 μg(r=0.9994)，0.132～2.140 μg(r=0.9995)，respectively. And their average recoveries were 99.40 %(RSD being 1.70 %)，100.88 %(RSD being 2.50 %)，100.55 %(RSD being 1.41 %)，99.47 %(RSD being 1.84 %)，98.40 %(RSD being 1.59 %)，99.47 %(RSD being 1.84 %)，100.62 %(RSD being 2.57 %)，99.49 %(RSD being 1.06 %)，100.89 %(RSD being 1.79 %)，100.06 %(RSD being 2.45 %)，99.79 %(RSD being 1.24 %)，respectively. Conclusion The established method is rapid and accurate without interference. The results can provide evidence for quality control of Ganjiang Huangqin Huanglian Renshen decoction.
