目的 建立同步测定克痒敏醑中薄荷脑、冰片(龙脑和异龙脑)和水杨酸甲酯含量的气相色谱(GC)方法。方法 采用GC法。色谱柱为DB-WAX毛细管柱(30.0 m×0.25 mm，0.25 μm)；FID检测器；采用程序升温:初始温度为70 ℃，以7 ℃·min-1升至180 ℃，保留8 min。结果 薄荷脑的加样回收率为99.9 %，RSD为0.98 %(n=6)；、冰片(龙脑和异龙脑)加样回收率为100.8 %，RSD为1.05 %(n=6)；水杨酸甲酯加样回收率为100.9 %，RSD为1.39 %(n=6)。结论 本方法简便准确、重现性好、专属性强，可用于克痒敏醑的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of menthol，borneol(borneol and isoborneol) and methyl salicylate in Keyang Minxu tincture. Methods The gas chromatography(GC) was equipped with FID detector，and a DB-WAX(30.0 m × 0.25 mm，0.25 μm)capillary column was used. The temperature program of column oven was as follows:70 ℃，increased at a rate of 7 ℃·min-1 to 180 ℃，held for 8 min. Results The average recovery of menthol，borneol(borneol and isoborneol) and methyl salicylate were 99.9 %(RSD=0.98 %)，100.8 %(RSD=1.05 %)，100.9 %(RSD=1.39 %)，respectively. Conclusion The method is simple，accurate and specific. It can be used for the quality control of Keyang Minxu tincture.
