目的 建立HPLC法测定骨康口服液中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法 采用HPLC法测定淫羊藿苷的含量，Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm，5 μm)为色谱柱，流动相为乙腈-水(30 ∶ 70)，流速1.0 mL·min-1，检测波长270 nm。结果 淫羊藿苷在0.0521~0.2084 mg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.0000)，回收率为99.61 %(RSD = 0.81 %，n=9)。结论 本法简便、准确、灵敏度高，重现性好，可用于骨康口服液中淫羊藿有效成分淫羊藿苷的含量测定。

Objective To establish a quantitative method for icariin in Gukang oral liquid by HPLC. Methods HPLC was performed on Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm，5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(30 ∶ 70) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1，the UV detection wavelength was 270 nm. Results The linear range of icariin was in the range of 0.0521 ~0.2084 mg·mL-1(r=1.0000). The average recovery of icariin was 99.61 % with RSD being 0.81 %(n=9). Conclusion The method is simple，efficient and accurate，and can be used for the quality control of icariin in Gukang oral liquid.
