综述β-内酰胺类抗生素后效应的相关概念及各效应的产生机制，并就影响后效应的主要因素做了具体分析。着重讨论了β-内酰胺类抗生素与β-内酰胺酶抑制剂复方制剂的后效应及其相应的测定方法。根据β-内酰胺类抗生素复方的后效应理论，分析了代谢速率不匹配的药物配伍合理性，并结合临床药代动力学与药效学指标阐述了β-内酰胺类抗生素的给药方案。

This paper introduced the concept and mechanism of beta-lactam post antibiotic effect，and analyzed its main affecting factors. The after effects of compound preparations of beta-lactam antibiotics and beta-lactamase inhibitor as well as the determination methods for the after effects were mainly discussed. According to the after effect theory，we discussed the rationality of the compatibility of drugs which have no matching rate of metabolism. At last，we elaborated the regimen of beta-lactam antibiotics based on both clinical pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic indicators.
