[摘要]
目的 建立洋参养胃颗粒的质量控制标准。方法 采用薄层色谱法对洋参养胃颗粒中的西洋参进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法对颗粒中西洋参人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re和人参皂苷Rb1进行含量测定。结果 建立洋参养胃颗粒中的西洋参薄层色谱鉴别方法,薄层斑点清晰,分离效果较好;人参皂苷Rg1进样量在0.1~2.0 μg(r=0.9998),人参皂苷Re进样量在0.4~8.0 μg(r=0.9996),人参皂苷Rb1进样量在1.0~20.0 μg(r=0.9998)范围内,呈良好的线性关系,总皂苷的平均回收率为98.77 %,RSD为0.52 %。结论 本实验所建立的定性定量方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于洋参养胃颗粒的质量控制。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish the quality standard of Yangshen Yangwei granula. Methods Radix Panacis Quinquefolii was identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC). The contents of Ginseng saponins in the Yangshen Yangwei granula were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Results Radix Panacis Quinquefolii could be identified by TLC,and TLC spots were clear without interference of the negative control. Ginsenoside Rg1 was linear in the range of 0.1~2.0 μg(r=0.9998),ginsenoside Re was linear in the range of 0.4~8.0 μg(r=0.9996),ginsenoside Rb1 was linear in the range of 1.0~20.0 μg(r=0.9998),and the average recovery of ginseng saponins was 98.77 % with RSD being 0.52 %. Conclusion The established methods are simple,accurate,sensitive,reproducible,and can be used for quality control of the Yangshen Yangwei granula.
