目的 探讨百蕊片治疗反流性咽喉炎的疗效。方法 选择2009年10月至2011年12月佛山市中医院耳鼻咽喉科门诊诊断为反流性咽喉炎患者共120例，随机分为治疗组与对照组。对照组口服奥美拉唑，治疗组口服奥美拉唑和百蕊片，疗程均为8周。在治疗后2周、4周、8周，对两组进行症状和体征评分。结果 治疗2周、4周、8周两组症状与体征积分逐渐减少，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P ＜ 0.05或P ＜ 0.01)；治疗4周，治疗组症状、积分疗效优于对照组(P ＜ 0.05)；治疗8周，治疗组症状、积分继续减少，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P ＜ 0.01)。结论 在奥美拉唑治疗的基础上，应用百蕊片治疗反流性咽喉炎疗效明显，显著优于单用奥美拉唑。

Objective To explore the effect of Bairui Tablets for the treatment of laryngopharyngeal reflux disease. Methods From October of 2009 to November of 2011，120 cases diagnosed as LPRD from the Otolaryngology department of Foshan Chinese Traditional Medicine Hospital were randomized into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated by Omeprazole Capsules and the treatment group was treated by Omeprazole Capsules and Bairui Tablets orally for 8 weeks. Symptoms and signs were scored in the two groups after treatment for 2，4 and 8 weeks. Results Signs and symptoms scores were gradually reduced after treatment for 2，4 and 8 weeks，the difference being significant compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). From week 4，the scores of signs and symptoms in treatment group were less than those in control group(P＜0.05)，and on week 8，the difference being obviously significant(P＜0.01). Conclusion Bairui Tablets combined with Omeprazole Capsules is effective for the treatment of laryngopharyngeal reflux disease，and has better therapeutic effect than Omeprazole Capsules alone.
