[摘要]
目的 研究太白山地区老鹳草全草的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、重结晶等方法分离纯化化合物,并通过化合物的理化性质和波谱分析鉴定其结构。结果 从老鹳草中分离得到6个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1)、没食子酸乙酯(2)、水杨酸(3)、短叶苏木酚酸乙酯(4)、没食子酸(5)、山奈酚-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(6)。结论 化合物2,3和4均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Geranium wilfordii Maxim. in Taibai Mountains,thus to supply evidence for its pharmacological research and therapeutic mechanism. Methods The compounds from Geranium wilfordii Maxim. were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and recrystallization method,and their structures were identified on the basis of their physicochemical properties and spectra analysis. Results Six compounds were obtained and were identified as β-sitosterol(1),ethyl gallate(2),salicylic acid(3),ethylbrevifolin carboxylate(4),gallic acid(5),kaempferol-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside(6). Conclusion Compounds 2,3,and 4 have been isolated from the plant of Geranium wilfordii Maxim. for the first time.
