[摘要]
目的 建立并比较4种白术炮制品高效液相指纹图谱。方法 采用外标法。Dikma Kromasil C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水梯度洗脱(45 %~100 %乙腈),体积流量为1.0 mL/min,柱温25 ℃,检测波长为242 nm。通过中药指纹图谱计算机辅助相似度软件,计算相似度等相关参数。结果 通过对白术4种炮制品指纹图谱的比较分析,各种炮制品共有指纹明显不同。结论 本研究所建立的方法可靠,简便易行,为更好地控制不同白术炮制品质量提供科学依据。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish a HPLC fingerprint method for four processed products of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae. Methods External standard was used. The procedure of HPLC analysis was performed on Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase composed of acetonitrile and water(45 %~100 % Acetonitrile) in gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength was set at 242nm. The column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃. Similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine was used for data analysis. Results The comparision results showed great variety in fingerprints of four processed products of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae. Conclusion The established method is simple and reliable,and the HPLC fingerprint can be used for the quality control of the processed products of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae.
