[摘要]
目的 观察安心颗粒对麻醉犬心脏血流动力学及心肌耗氧量的影响。方法 采用麻醉犬在体心脏实验方法,经十二指肠给予安心颗粒,于给药后不同时间点,用RM-6300型八道生理记录仪测定心脏血流动力学和心肌耗氧量。结果 安心颗粒能够降低总外周阻力、左室内压最大上升速率(+LVdp/dtmax)及心肌耗氧量,而其他血流动力学指标无明显变化。结论 安心颗粒可通过降低心脏后负荷和心肌收缩力,从而减少心肌耗氧量,对缺血心肌具有保护作用。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the effect of Anxin Granula on the cardiohemodynamics and myocardial oxygen consumption in anesthetized dogs. Methods Experimental technology for in-vivo anesthetized dog heart was adopted. After Anxin Granula was administrated to the anestheticzed dogs through the duodenum,the parameters of cardiohemodynamics and oxygen consumption of the dogs were determined at different time point. Results The total peripheral resistance,the maximum increase velocity of left ventricular pressure(+LVdp/dtmax) and oxygen consumption of myocardium were decreased,but other indexes showed no significant change. Conclusion Anxin Granula can decrease the myocardial oxygen consumption by reducing cardiac after-load and myocardial contractility in anesthetized dogs,therefore has protective effect on the ischemic myocardium.
