目的 建立气相色谱法(GC)测定蛇脂膏中冰片(以龙脑计)的含量。方法 采用GC法，色谱柱为石英毛细管柱007-225(30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm)；程序升温，起始温度110 ℃，保持0.5 min，以每分钟30 ℃升温至140 ℃，保持2 min，再以每分钟50 ℃升温至190 ℃，保持1.5 min，最后以每分钟20 ℃升温至205 ℃，保持1 min，分流比10 ∶ 1，FID检测器；检测器温度为280 ℃。结果 用GC法测定蛇脂膏中冰片(以龙脑计)在0.0516~0.1548 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系，线性方程为:Y=10.36X+0.0322，r=0.9995。平均回收率97.94 %(n=6)，RSD为2.0 %。结论 本方法简便、准确、快速，可用于蛇脂膏的质量控制。

Objective To establish a GC method to determine the content of borneol in Shezhi Ointment. Methods GC method was operated on Quartz capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm). Column temperature was increased by programming，with an original temperature at 110 ℃kept for 0.5 minutes，raised to 140 ℃ at the rate of 30 ℃·min-1 and kept for 2 minutes，raised to 190 ℃ at the rate of 50 ℃·min-1 and kept for 1.5 minutes，and then raised to 205 ℃ at the rate of 20 ℃·min-1 and kept for 1 minute. Split ratio was 10∶1 and FID temperature was 280 ℃. Results The linear range of borneol in Shezhi Ointment was from 0.0516 to 0.1548 mg/mL. The linear equation was Y=10.36X+0.0322，r=0.9995. The average recovery was 97.94 %(n=6) and RSD was 2.0 %. Conclusion The method is simple，accurate and quick，which can be used to control the quality of Shezhi Ointment.
