目的 采用正交试验法优选三黄桃葛胶囊的提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交试验设计，以葛根素、总蒽醌和毛蕊异黄酮苷为评价指标，通过综合评分优选三黄桃葛胶囊的提取工艺。结果提取次数对试验结果有显著意义(P ＜ 0.05)，加水倍数和提取时间则无显著意义，综合考察各因素的影响，确定最佳提取工艺为加6倍量水，回流提取3次，每次1 h。结论本试验方法简单稳定，对三黄桃葛胶囊的生产工艺具有一定的指导和参考意义。

Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Sanhuang Taoge capsules by orthogonal experiment. Methods The orthogonal test L9(34)was performed with the index of puerarin，total anthraquinones，and calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside contents as the evaluation indexes. The extraction process of Sanhuang Taoge capsules was optimized by multi-index comprehensive evaluation method. Results Extraction times had significant influence on the process(P＜0.05)，while the volume of water added and time for extraction had no effect. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:6-fold water volume，extraction for 3 times and 1.0 h for each time.Conclusion The method is simple and steady，which will supply instruction and reference to the production of Sanhuang Taoge capsules.
