目的 建立鸡骨草叶中3种黄酮碳苷含量的一测多评法(QAMS)。方法 通过外标法建立并计算鸡骨草叶3种黄酮碳苷的含量(实测值),并以芹 菜素-6,8-C-二葡萄糖苷为内标,建立其与芹菜素-6-C-阿拉伯糖-8-C-葡萄糖苷和芹菜素-6-C-葡萄糖-8-C-阿拉伯糖苷的相对校正因子(RCF),以该RCF计算芹菜素-6-C-阿 拉伯糖-8-C-葡萄糖苷和芹菜素-6-C-葡萄糖-8-C-阿拉伯糖苷的含量(计算值),并比较计算值与实测值之间的差异,实现一测多评。结果 芹菜素-6-C-阿拉伯糖-8-C-葡萄 糖苷和芹菜素-6-C-葡萄糖-8-C-阿拉伯糖苷与芹菜素-6,8-C-二葡萄糖苷之间的RCF分别为1.02、1.31,建立的RCF具有良好重现性和稳定性,20批鸡骨草叶中三种黄酮碳苷 含量的计算值与实测值的相对标准偏差<3.5 %。结论 本文建立的QAMS是快速准确可行的,可用于鸡骨草叶的质量评价。

[Abstract]
Objective To develop a method for the simultaneous determination of three flavones C-glycosides in the leaves of Herba Abri by quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker(QAMS). Methods The contents of three flavones C-glycosides in 20 batches of samples were determined by external standard method(ESM). Using 6-C-glycopyranosyl-8-C-glycopyranosyl apigenin as the internal reference substance,the relative correction factors(RCF) of 6-C-arabinosyl-8-C-glycopyranosyl apigenin and 6-C-glycopyranosyl-8-C-arabinosyl apigenin to 6-C-glycopyranosyl- 8-C-glycopyranosyl apigenin were determined,and their contents were calculated according to the RCF. The method was evaluated by comparing the quantitative results between ESM and QAMS.Results The RCF values of 6-C-arabinosyl-8-C-glycopyranosyl apigenin,6-C-glycopyranosyl-8-C-arabinosyl apigenin to 6-C- glycopyranosyl-8-C-glycopyranosyl apigenin were 1.02 and 1.31,respectively. The RCF had good stability and reproducibility. No significant differences were found in the quantitative results between ESM and QAMS(RSD < 3.5 %). Conclusion The established QAMS is a fast, accurate and feasible method for evaluating the quality of the leaves of Herba Abri.
