[摘要]
目的 研究黄芩清热除痹胶囊对佐剂性关节炎(AA)的治疗作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法 建立AA大鼠模型,于模型复制第12天开始给予不同剂量的黄芩清热除痹胶囊(51.2,25.6,12.8 g·kg-1),连续12 d,观察黄芩清热除痹胶囊对AA大鼠的继发性足肿胀和血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量的影响。结果 与正常对照组比较,模型组足跖肿胀度及血清IL-1β、IL-6的含量明显增加(P < 0.05,P < 0.01);与模型组比较,黄芩清热除痹胶囊各组足跖肿胀度明显减小,IL-1β、IL-6含量明显降低(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),其中以高、中剂量组效果较好(P < 0.01),与雷公藤多苷片组比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论 黄芩清热除痹胶囊能抑制AA大鼠继发性足肿胀,其作用与降低AA大鼠血清IL-1β、IL-6含量有关。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Huangqin Qingre Chubi capsule(HQCC) on adjuvant arthritis(AA) rats and to explore its possible therapeutic mechanism. Methods An AA rat model was established. From the twelfth day,HQCC in the dose of 51.2,25.6,12.8 g·kg-1 was administered orally to the model rats. After administration for 12 continuous days,the secondary pedal swelling and the serum interleukin 1β(IL-1β) and interleukin 6(IL-6) levels in HQCC groups were observed. Results Compared with the normal group,the pedal volume and the levels of IL-1β,IL-6 were elevated significantly in the model group(P < 0.05,P < 0.01). Compared with the model group,the pedal volume and the levels of IL-1β,IL-6 were reduced significantly in the HQCC groups(P < 0.05,P < 0.01). Particularly,the effect of the high- and middle-dose HQCC was much better(P < 0.01 compared with that in the model group),but the difference was insignificant compared with the tripterygium glycosides tablets group(P > 0.05). Conclusion Huangqin Qingre Chubi capsule can relieve the secondary pedal swelling,and its mechanism is probably related to the decrease of serum IL-1β and IL-6 levels.
