[摘要]
研究参苓白术散的化学成分及大鼠灌胃给药参苓白术散后大鼠血浆中的化学成分。方法 采用超 高效液相色谱-四极杆/飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS)技术,通过Peak View 1.2 和Chem Draw 软件,根 据保留时间、相对分子质量及二级离子碎片,结合对照品及文献数据,对参苓白术散的化学成分及入血成分进 行鉴别。结果 从参苓白术散中鉴定出104 个化学成分,主要为黄酮类和有机酸类成分;在灌胃后大鼠血浆中 鉴定出27 个入血成分,包括11 个原型成分和16 个代谢产物,主要的代谢途径为Ⅱ相代谢途径。结论 该研 究通过UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS 技术快速分析了参苓白术散的化学成分及入血成分,可为阐明参苓白术散的药效 物质基础及其作用机制提供参考。

[Abstract]
To study the chemical composition of Shenling Baizhu San and the components in rat plasma after intragastric administration of Shenling Baizhu San. Methods UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS was used for the analysis. According to the retention time, relative molecular weight and secondary ion fragments, as well as reference substance and literature data,the chemical composition and constituents absorbed in the blood of Shenling Baizhu San were identified by using Peak View 1.2 and Chem Draw software. Results A total of 104 chemical components were identified from Shenling Baizhu San,mainly contained flavonoids and organic acids. There were 27 components in rat plasma found after intragastric administration of Shenling Baizhu San,including of 11 prototype components and 16 metabolites. The main metabolic pathway was phase-Ⅱ metabolic pathway. Conclusion In this study,the chemical composition and constituents absorbed in the blood of Shenling Baizhu San were rapidly analyzed by UPLCQ- TOF-MS/MS technology,which provided a reference for further elucidating the pharmacodynamic substance basis and mechanism of Shenling Baizhu San
