运用回顾性分析与网络药理学方法,探索中医治疗普通登革热的辨证论治规律。方法 以2014— 2020 年于广州中医药大学第一附属医院住院治疗的普通登革热患者为研究对象,通过聚类分析和因子分析挖 掘普通登革热的证型和方药;并对研究对象进行二次辨证与计数;再利用网络药理学探索中药的潜在作用机 制。结果 普通登革热有3 个证型,按频数由高到低排序为:“风热夹湿,邪在卫气”证、“湿热伤络,邪侵营 血”证、“肺脾气虚,余邪未尽”证。共挖掘出3 首新方,登革1 号方可疏风清热、兼以祛湿;登革2 号方功 善清热解毒、疏风祛湿;登革3 号方擅长清热祛湿、凉血止血;3 首新方均可能含有槲皮素、木犀草素,可能 作用于TNF、IL6、AKT1,可能通过蛋白质丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶活性的正调节、糖尿病并发症中的AGE-RAGE 信号通路等发挥治疗作用。结论 该研究挖掘了普通登革热的3 个证型与3 首中药新方,并认为3 首新方可能 有病毒抑制作用,且可能与炎症、免疫、凋亡调节等相关,但又各有差异。

To explore the law of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for the treatment of dengue by retrospective analysis and network pharmacology methods. Methods Hospitalized dengue patients in The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from 2014 to 2020 were taken as the research objects. TCM syndromes and prescriptions of dengue were excavated through cluster analysis and factor analysis. Then secondary syndrome differentiation and frequency statistics of research objects were conducted. Network pharmacology was utilized to explore the potential mechanisms of TCM. Results There were three syndromes of dengue:“wind-heat complicated with dampness, pathogen in wei qi” syndrome, “damp-heat damaging collaterals, pathogen invading ying blood” syndrome and “lung and spleen qi deficiency, residual pathogen remaining” syndrome,which were ordered from high to low according to the frequency. A total of three new formulas had been excavated. Dengue NO.1 could dispel wind, clear heat, and eliminate dampness, while Dengue NO.2 was good at clearing heat, resolving toxins, and expelling wind and dampness. Dengue NO.3 was good at clearing heat, removing dampness, cooling blood, and stanching bleeding. The three new formulas might contain quercetin and luteolin, which might act on TNF, IL6, AKT1, and might play a therapeutic role through AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications,the positive regulation of protein serine/threonine kinase activity,etc.. Conclusion Three syndromes of dengue and three new formulas are discovered in this study. Three new formulas may have viral inhibitory effects and be related to inflammation, immunity, and apoptosis regulation,but each has its own differences
