当归是具有重要药用价值的中药材,其质量控制与临床疗效及用药安全密切相关。目前当归市场存在伪 品混充、产地环境差异、加工工艺不规范等问题,导致当归药材质量波动大,甚至可能引发不良反应。本文系 统梳理了显微鉴别、色谱分析、光谱分析、分子鉴定等技术在当归质量评价中的应用情况,指出现行标准在活 性成分专属性和安全性指标方面存在的不足,并针对性提出拆分阿魏酸异构体检测、强化黄曲霉毒素监控、增 加 Z-藁本内酯含量测定指标等策略,可为完善当归质量标准提供科学依据。

Angelicae Sinensis Radix is a traditional Chinese medicinal material with significant medicinal value,and its quality control is closely related to its clinical efficacy and medication safety. Currently,the market for Angelicae Sinensis Radix faces issues such as adulteration with substitutes,variations in geographical growing environments,and non-standardized processing techniques,leading to significant fluctuations in the quality of Angelicae Sinensis Radix materials and even potential adverse reactions. This article systematically reviews the application of techniques such as microscopic identification, chromatographic analysis, spectral analysis, and molecular identification in the quality evaluation of Angelicae Sinensis Radix. It points out the deficiencies in current standards regarding the specificity of active ingredients and safety indicators. In response, it proposes targeted strategies, including the separation and detection of ferulic acid isomers,strengthening the monitoring of aflatoxins,and adding the content determination of Zligustilide as an indicator,to provide a scientific basis for improving the quality standards of Angelicae Sinensis Radix.
