中药归经理论作为中医药学的核心概念之一,对阐释中医药疗效机制至关重要,但缺乏明确的科学解 释。中草药囊泡作为一种占比突出的植物源性纳米囊泡,含有多种活性成分(如 RNA、蛋白质、脂质),既能 协同调控多通路发挥整体疗效,又能靶向递送,天然兼具“载体”与“药物”功能,与中药归经理论中“归其 位,取其效”的核心内涵高度契合,有望为归经理论提供可验证的微观物质基础。本文梳理了中草药囊泡的定 义、组成、提取表征方法及其核心特点,从中草药囊泡靶向性匹配“归经”的定向属性、中草药囊泡多组分匹 配“归经”的药效属性两方面分析,探析从中草药囊泡视角阐述中药归经理论物质基础内涵的可行性,可为中 医药的现代化发展提供理论支持和实践路径。

As one of the core concepts in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the theory of meridian tropism is crucial for explaining the mechanisms of TCM efficacy. However,it lacks a clear scientific explanation. Chinese herbal medicine-derived extracellular vesicle-like particles (CHM-EVLP), as a prominent category of plant-derived nanovesicles, contain various active components (such as RNAs, proteins, and lipids). They can not only synergistically regulate multiple pathways to exert holistic therapeutic effects but also enable targeted delivery,naturally combining the functions of both “carrier” and “drug”. This aligns highly with the core connotation of "reaching the target location and achieving the effect" in the TCM meridian tropism theory. Therefore,CHM-EVLP hold promise for providing a verifiable microscopic material basis for this theory. This article reviews the definition, composition, extraction and characterization methods,and core features of CHM-EVLP. It preliminarily analyzes the feasibility of using the CHM-EVLP perspective to elucidate the material basis of the TCM meridian tropism theory from two aspects:the targeted property of CHM-EVLP matching the directional attribute of "meridian tropism",and the multi-component nature of CHM-EVLP matching the pharmacodynamic attribute of "meridian tropism". This provides theoretical support and a practical pathway for the modernization of TCM.
